Instead of "stop in 1/2 hour", it might be better to use "stop after 10 songs". That way it's easy to add to the print out where the breaks are.

I'm failing to quite understand how this would be useful.
Weighting individual songs seems like a lot of work.

Perhaps weight by rating would be useful here, so that the better rated songs come up a little more often.

Once you have the other enhancement done - an export function (with time limit) in the player to build a manual playlist, this option may be a lot easier. I see it as the ability to start ballroomdj with a manual playlist specified. Playing a manual playlist is a bit different than actually process...

I think this is simply better as the default mode of operation.

This should be doable as two parts:
- an export function (with time limit) in the player to build a manual playlist.
- an export function for manual playlists to create an html (or csv) file.

This can be done, though figuring out the duration of a speed-adjusted song is very difficult.

I'll have to figure out where to save these files so that they can be easily started.
Maybe a new directory in the BallroomDJ folder.
