Remove Chosen

The Raffle games are great, but I would like one more option - Remove chosen

With this option you could use it for door prizes and to CALL NEXT TABLE for self-serve-meal -
Example: we have 21 tables that need to be called up for dinner, using "RACE" with minimum=1, maximum = 21 Remove Chosen=yes.
This would randomly get a table number and then when continued, the tables already called would NOT be in the "RACE" anymore.

Raffle example. (same for door prizes)
I think Remove chosen should always be present even in raffles & door prizes with more than 1 prize the same TICKET SHOULD not win more than once. With a ticket roll you would only use the last 3 digits of the ticket number as the minimum &, maximum
example: ticket roll started at 2899132, and last ticket sold was 2899402 , -using bounce or race with minimum=132 &, maximum= 402 and "Remove Chosen"=yes. Each continue would eliminate the previous ticket number from being selected again.

I think this is simply better as the default mode of operation.
This will be in version 1.20.

Very few times (if ever) would you want to "redraw" the same number, so I am with you in making this the normal mode.
