The player per-queue configuration was not being handled properly, so I wanted to get this release out and get that fixed.

If you are upgrading from an alpha release, you must re-install as there are numerous changes to the configuration files.
If you are upgrading from 4.0.0 beta, there is no need to re-install. Let the installer do an upgrade.
