Fixed some serious problems.
I am having troubles building a 32-bit version of Tcl/Tk and tdom for Windows, so 32-bit versions of Windows will have to continue to use ActiveState Tcl/Tk.

I am having troubles building a 32-bit version of Tcl/Tk and tdom for Windows, so 32-bit versions of Windows will have to continue to use ActiveState Tcl/Tk.
Changes:
- Windows: 32-bit windows will need to continue to use ActiveState Tcl/Tk.
- Windows: Fixed "hang" problems when trying to send messages to the player or editor.
- Editor: Fixed field selection.
- iTunes: Completely broken for Windows. Rebuilt and repackaged tcl/tk/tdom.
- Catch errors on exit so that the program can be exited.
- BPM Counter: Fixed so it works from all editor/music manager/song list editor.
