BallroomDJ 3.1.14
The windows installer is suddenly having issues installing the getsetvol.exe executable. I don't know what causes this problem, perhaps an interaction with an anti-virus program. The installer has been changed slightly to install some executables and dll's in a different manner and may require a reboot to finish the installation.

Bug Fixes:
- Player: Prevent the volume from changing when using from the music editor or music manager.
- Windows Installer: Made installation of some executables and dll's more robust (may require reboot).
