Ubuntu Linux installation crash

Hi Brad, my Ubuntu installation keeps crashing. Is that a known issue or is it something on my end that's causing it? What can I try to fix it?
I don't know of any Ubuntu installation issues.
Can you give more details:
- What version of Ubuntu?
- Is there an error when it crashes?
What error is shown?
