BallroomDJ 3.28.0
BallroomDJ does not work on current releases of MacOS Mojave (10.14.6).
This will be fixed in a future release.

- Export for CD: Will now create multiple discs. Set the maximum number of discs to be created.
- Windows: Make VLC version check more robust.
