BallroomDJ 4 Translations

In re-using the Nederlands (Dutch) translations from BallroomDJ 3,
there is about 57% of BDJ4 translated.
There is new text associated with the installer that needs to be translated.
Some of the text associated with music management, database updates, song editor and song list editor is
not yet included within BDJ4. So the percentage translated might go up (or maybe down).
If I were to include the Deutsch (German) translations, there is
about 24% translated. The German translations have never been
reviewed, I suspect their quality is not great.
The other languages that have any progress in BallroomDJ 3 are Finnish (17%) and French (9%).
GB English and US English are 100% done
. In fact, BDJ4 will default to GB English rather than US English,
as that's more commonly learned in other countries.
Translations:
Nederlands) marimo (I don't know busy he is).
Deutsch) I could really use a German translator. There are quite a few German installations.
Finnish) I don't know if the person doing Finnish translations is a ballroom dancer, or if he's just helping out on crowdin.com.
I don't recall what other countries BallroomDJ 3 was installed in.
I think I've seen Japan, South Africa, Romania. I simply don't remember.
Questions for the translators:
a) Is the crowdin.com website a good site to work on translations?
b) Are there other translation websites that you would prefer?
c) Would you want to wait until BDJ4 is in a more refined state before starting work on translations, or start working on them now?
