Fixed the problem with the installation upgrade process that ended up preventing startup.
Fixed theme installation on Mac OS.
"Export as MP3" is now implemented.
Multi-Media keys should now be working.
Various bug fixes.

If you are upgrading from an alpha release, you must re-install as there are numerous changes to the configuration files.
If you are upgrading from 4.0.x beta, there is no need to re-install. Let the installer do an upgrade.
