Fixed the marquee countdown timer bug I introduced in version 4.4.3.

I had hoped to get BDJ4 working with windows account names that have international characters in them.
Most of the work is done, but localization (i.e. language translation) is not working due to bugs beyond my control.
Almost there though. It is in much better shape.

• Marquee, Remote Control: Fix countdown timer.
• Configuration: Fix the folder buttons in general and itunes.
• Quick Edit: Added level.

MacOS users, be sure to run the version 18 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 11 pre-install script.
