Various bug fixes and a small new feature.

• Song Selection (automatic and sequenced playlists): The rating and level weights were not being processed properly.
• Audio Identification: The match listing was not being displayed properly.
• Song Selection / Playlist Management: Added a tag list and tag weight to match against the song keyword and the song tags.
• Playlist Management: Various bugs fixed.

MacOS users, be sure to run the version 18 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.
