Some updates to make BDJ4 configurable for general purpose playback.
The alternate folder installer has been re-worked and fixed. It is now working on MacOS.
The uninstallers have been updated.
Various bug fixes.

Alternate folders have a separate database. e.g. BDJ4 could be installed for ballroom music, and an alternate folder set up for classical music.
Profiles use the same database with a different configuration.

MacOS users, be sure to run the version 19 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.
