Many validation improvements.
Fixes to reject bad playlists.
A new 100% button to reset the speed.
The speed can now be changed while the player is paused.

Export to BDJ4 / Import from BDJ4 is currently broken. I will fix that in the next release.

Automated tests were run on:

• MX Linux 21 [Debian 11] (VLC3)
• MX Linux 23 [Debian 12] (VLC3 and GStreamer)
• OpenSUSE 15.5 (VLC3 and GStreamer)
• Windows 10 (VLC3)
• MacOS Sonoma (intel) (VLC3)
• MacOS Sonoma (applesilicon) (VLC3)

Changes

• Fixed to reject invalid song lists, sequences and playlists.
• New: button to reset speed to 100%

• Export Playlist: Fix a crash.
