The Windows SMTC (simple media transport controller) is now implemented. This must be enabled in Configure / Player. It does not support the audio cover art. It doesn't seem to work on Windows 10, but it does work on Windows 11. I don't know if that's an issue with my windows VM, or an issue with the code.

Automated tests were run on:

• MX Linux 23 [Debian 12] (VLC3 and GStreamer)
• OpenSUSE 15.6 (VLC3 and GStreamer)
• Windows 10 (VLC3)
• MacOS Sonoma (intel) (VLC3)
• MacOS Sonoma (applesilicon) (VLC3)
