There were many internal changes, there is a possiblity that various features could be broken.
MacOS users, be sure to run the version 21 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.

- Song Editor: Fix bug traversing multiple selections and off-screen selections.
- Translations: Add Romanian, machine translated, very poor quality.
