BallroomDJ 4 : 4.14.0 released

4.14.0
There were a few minor bug fixes.
New feature: Set up BDJ4 as a remote server and on another computer set up BDJ4 as a client, and play songs remotely (I hope to work on a setup so that the Allegro Ballroom can play one of my playlists remotely for when I get sick and cannot drive in).
In the future BDJ4 will be enhanced to allow playback of RTSP (real-time streaming protocol) audio sources.
These changes also allow other remote sources (e.g. proprietary streaming services) to be added in the future.
The wiki is not up to date for version 4.14.0, I will be working on that next.
Automated tests were run on:
MacOS users, be sure to run the version 21 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.
