MacOS: MacPorts installation script

For MacOS:
The MacPorts installation script broke at some point. It has been fixed.
You can download the macports-pre-install-macports-v25.sh script from SourceForge.
If you already have MacPorts installed, simply run this script to update your MacPorts installation (third party libraries needed by BallroomDJ 4).
