The song start, song end and speed adjustment for the song can be set in the song editor.

The song editor will play the song with the adjustments (including maximum play time) applied.

(The Play Switches to Player option in the Song Editor's Options menu can be turned on and off depending on what type of editing work you are doing.)

To adjust the song start and song end:

First, Select the Play button in the song editor.

Second: When the song playback reaches the time when you want to start, select the Mark button in the player. This will set the Song Start entry in the song editor.

Third: Select the button. This will skip to four seconds before the start of the fade time.

Fourth: Select the Mark button when the song playback reaches the time you want to end the song. This will set the Song End entry in the song editor.

Fifth: Fine tune your adjustments. Select Save in the song editor to save the changes. Select the Play button in the song editor to see how the changes sound. The Song Start and Song End can be adjusted manually, or the Mark button can be used to set the Song Start and Song End again.

Sixth: Adjust the speed.
