Support

(Updated 2017-7; BallroomDJ version 3.13.4)

To access the support function, first close all tabs that are open. Then select Support from the top level menu.

To send a support message, your computer must be connected to the internet.

Enter your e-mail address, subject and message. If you are sending a question or general message, the Send message only, do not send any files checkbox may be selected. Now select the Send Support Message button.

If you have found a particular problem or are having trouble with a feature in BallroomDJ, take the following steps:

  • Go to Configuration / Options / Global.
  • Enable debugging.
  • Exit BallroomDJ.
  • Restart BallroomDJ.
  • Re-create the problem or execute the feature.
  • Close all tabs
  • Select the Support top-level menu selection.
  • Enter your e-mail address, subject and message and select the Send Support Message button.
  • Go to Configuration / Options / Global.
  • Disable debugging.
  • Exit BallroomDJ.
