If anyone needs a BallroomDJ that works on Mac OS, I can create a preliminary release
that works on El Capitan through the Catalina version and with dark mode.

I am still waiting for the official release of Tcl/Tk before creating the final release.
The new version has many fixes for Mac OS, support for high DPI displays with
certain themes (awdark, awlight, black). Other than that it mostly internal
and cosmetic changes.
