More graceful on song not found

The player queuing is ok, but the player called from music manager has a problem when a song is renamed or moved outside of ballroomDJ.
When the player is called from music manager and it tries to play a move/renamed song a fatal Error is shown:
Unable to copy file ..... C:/temp..... error copying .... while executing
"file Copy - force $od $nd"
