Fixed bugs creating the desktop shortcut.
Coded a work-around for a gtk bug in the music manager listing display on Windows.
I have updated the Windows Installation wiki page. The installation process cannot handle diacritical marks in the Windows account name (umlauts, accents, circumflex, etc.) An account name without any diacritical marks must be used.

If you are upgrading from an alpha release, you must re-install as there are numerous changes to the configuration files.
If you are upgrading from 4.0.x beta, there is no need to re-install. Let the installer do an upgrade.
