The ICU library versioning issue when installing on Linux is resolved in version 4.0.3.
I put in some incorrect code and broke the song list editor display in version 4.0.3. Now fixed.

If you are upgrading from an alpha release, you must re-install as there are numerous changes to the configuration files.
If you are upgrading from 4.0.x beta, there is no need to re-install. Let the installer do an upgrade.
