Some bug fixes, and another change for non-ballroom purposes. I am pleased I thought of adding the Marquee Display to the external request dialog.

- Add 'Marquee Display' to the external request dialog.
- The fields displayed in the Quick Edit dialog can now be configured.
MacOS users, be sure to run the version 19 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.
