4.13.0
If you use automatic playlists and had BDJ4 version 4.12.7 or later and you recently purchased some ballroom music from a company that puts data into the "grouping" audio file tag, then you possibly saw some weird errors when using the automatic playlist. This is what happened to me.
I fixed one bug, found another bug in the process, and changed the code to ignore "grouping" audio file tags with all numeric data.
I also decided to bump the version number and roll up all the 4.12.x changes and this set of bug fixes into version 4.13.0.
Automated tests were run on:
- MX Linux 23 [Debian 12] (VLC3 and GStreamer)
- OpenSUSE 15.6 (VLC3 and GStreamer)
- Windows 10 (VLC3)
- MacOS Sequoia (intel) (VLC3)
- MacOS Sequoia (applesilicon) (VLC3)
MacOS users, be sure to run the version 21 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.
