Bug Fix: Installer: Fix bad music folder on re-install
Song Editor: Add 'Write Audio Tags' to the actions menu.

- MX Linux 23 [Debian 12] (VLC3 and GStreamer)
- OpenSUSE 15.6 (VLC3 and GStreamer)
- Windows 10 (VLC3)
- MacOS Sequoia (intel) (VLC3)
- MacOS Sequoia (applesilicon) (VLC3)
MacOS users, be sure to run the version 21 pre-install script.
Linux users, be sure to run the version 12 pre-install script.
