BallroomDJ 1.31

Player: songs currently in the music queue can be edited.
Player: Audio files external to the BallroomDJ library can now be requested.
Player: Added a per playlist marquee message.
Various bugs with setting the BPM and display of the adjusted BPM have been fixed.
The raffle game voice error on Windows has been fixed.
The quicksave menu on the marquee now has volume and speed sliders.
The positioning of the quicksave menu on the marquee has been fixed.
